I have a similar problem with my Neptune stackable unit. The washer doesn't spin. When I took foo the front cover, I notice that one of the two blue wires that lead to the tub displacement switch (which sits in a bracket jsut below the tub) is broken. did you replace just the wire or is it necessary to replace the entire switch because the wire harness is permanently attached to it as a single entire assembly? Also, if I need to replace the switch and attached wire harness, is it hard to trce the wire back? That is, do I need to take most of the washer apart? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

I have an oldie, MAH3000AWW (Serial #25106222UK) that has the same problem of working thru the cycles but not draining/spinning at the end. It used to be that I could unplug it for a couple minutes and it would re-set and work for days or weeks. Not so lucky now. I did open it up and remove a penny from the input to the pump and hoped that was the problem. I plan to check the pump again tomorrow to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'll also check the connections at the motor control board. Any ideas?? I fought with Maytag years ago and got replacements for the wax motor, control board, boot etc.
