Hi,

Its blowing hot air in the freezer, where it should be cold air? If thats the case, your compressor is running backwards, and it will need to be replaced. You have a 5 yr. full parts and labor warranty on that.

Most likely a defrost problem or a light switch not closing leaving a bulb on.

Do you see frost on the back panel of the freezer? If so, this suggests a defrost condition. Give us more information...temps in both sections etc...and make sure doors are turning lights off when they contact the switch by pulling back slightly on the gasket after door is closed to see if you notice any light inside.

If no cooling at all...you might need a compressor.

Well everything inside seems to be cool, but whenever the ice maker produces ice, it then just melts and water drips out.

Well I found out that the the refrigerator part is getting really cold, like I found my lettuce frozen this morning! But the ice still melts when it sits in the bucket.

weird one...I'd check to see if your light is staying on in the freezer when door's closed possibly, or maybe your air damper is not closing when it should?? unusual problem you have.
