I have a Jenn-Air model #JTB2688AEW and water is collecting in the bottom under the vegetable crispers. I don't have a manual to show how to get to the freezer drain to unplug it. I suspect that is the culprit and would appreciate if anyone has advice or location to get an online manual for this model. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi,

To get to yours, you would have to lower the control console that mounts on the refrigerator ceiling, as seen as #16 in the parts diagram link here:

Then look up above that back part where the air from the freezer comes in, to make sure there is no ice blockage.
