Maytag range constant clicking
My stove just started clicking uncontollably today. My wife was cleaning the range and buttons when all of a sudden it started to click. No matter how we adjusted the knobs, the clicking was constant..
We shut it off (unplugged it) and when we plugged it back in--same thing. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Hi,
Model#? Gas range, electric range?
My wife was cleaning the range and buttons when all of a sudden it started to click
Maybe some of the liquid cleaner got into something that it shouldn't have off and is causing a short like effect....unplug and let dry it dry out before testing the operations.

update
it's working fine now. maybe a little moisture was responsible for the malfunction, but in any case I was able to whip up my blueberry pancakes this morning. Thanks Jeff!
