Default Maytag French Door Bottom Freezer

We recently purchased the Maytag French Door Bottom Freezer refrigerator with the ice/water dispenser in the door. We really like the refrigerator, however, we are experiencing a problem with the icemaker. It doesnt make enough ice. We called Maytag and the service tech came out, said everything looked okay, that the ice bucket on this particlar model is just smaller than most, so there wouldnt be alot of ice. I understand the bucket is smaller, but it has never even been full and we have had the refrigerator for almost 2 weeks. Anybody else have this issue? I would appreciate any feedback. If this isnt resolved, I will be returning this refrigerator and going with a standard SXS KitchenAid!

*I* havn't heard of this....but some consumers opinions are listed below...

Freezer temp was checked? Must get below 15ºF to cycle the icemaker on. Water pressure at the refrigerator was checked?

jeff.
