Graphix is on a distinguished road
Default jenn-air fridge wont get cold....

so we have this fridge "Jenn-Air Premier Line Energy Star Side by Side Refrigerator w/ Water Filter & Convection Cool - JSD2695KES"

so, when the door is open for too long (cleaning, putting away groceries etc) i think like the vents or coils freeze up or something cause it stops working and the temp goes way up.the way to fix it seems to be to turn it off and let it thaw for a bit then turn it back on. any way to prevent this, or fix it faster somy groceries dont sit in a warm fridge for 6 hours?

thanks
Brendan

Hi,

This model seems abit different than the Jenn-Air's I've worked on before, but I would start with the basics here:
http://www.applianceaid.com/frig_notcold.html

Make sure your condenser coils in the back are clean.

Make sure there is no frost build up behind your back panel in the freezer.

Jake
