Lightbulb Neptune 9700 Spin Cycle problem

Neptune Model MAH9700AWW s/n 12576407GL. Does not complete spin cycle. The machine starts spin cycle, then as it tries to spin up to full speed it spins clockwise fine. But, when it tries to spin counter-clockwise it starts to spin, but only a slight motion. Then a single chime sounds, Then it spins clockwise fine. Then when it goes to spin counter clockwise samething as above happens again.

It Just keeping looping that way. Never gives an error code. Just stays at 8 minutes left in spin cycle.

Hi,

I haven't run into this particular problem before, but it sounds like a bad control board, contact Maytag for a tech to come out because you still have a 2 yr. parts warranty on your washer.
