Unhappy bad valve? maytag msd2454gr

I have a Maytag msd2454gr. Right now the water that’s being despised is very slow and the ice trays fill very slowly. When I check the water filter that I had replaced 3 months ago I noticed that water was now seeping from the from the connection, not a drip but a slow steady stream. Could this be caused from low pressure because the valve in back of the bottom of the refrigerator may need replacing?
thanks

Question

thats where the water is seeping from but only when the water filter is removed. when I have changed the filter in the past there were no leaks or seepage. should I be looking at part#30 are could it one of the two selinoids in back of the frig ( a blue one that the water line connects to or the green one that feeds to the fountain and icemaker) when you push the boot for water the blue one activates and I can feel the water line viberate. any thoughts?
thanks

Does it leak with the filter in place?

Ok, then you should be ok.

I would first pull your refrigerator out from the wall, then turn your water supply to it off, then disconnect your water supply line that hooks up to your inlet water valve, then get something to catch water in, then turn your water on to see how the water pressure is.

Yes, its likely you have a bad water inlet valve.

They make a couple different styles based on your serial#.

Whats your serial# of your refrigerator?

There should be a model/serial number tag located inside your refrigerator, Look on the inside ceiling of your refrigerator section.
