Default Maytag MSD2556AEW Not cooling at all

Hello All,
first time here. I have a MSD 2556AEW (SxS) refrigerator, about 6 years old, at home. Since yesterday, it is not cooling at all. I have set the thermostat to the highest. Still the same problem. The Freezer and refrigerator side are both warm. I am not sure what to do. Can someone please help. Please?

Thanks

-Aasim

Just noticed that there is frost build up on the back pannel. something like that happened about 4 months back. I cleanup the frost by turning off the refrigeraotr for a couple of hours, and the problem went away. I will try it again. Why do we get this frost build up anyway? Please help? Thanks

You will need a new adaptive defrost control board as described here:

Jake, appreciate you quick reply. I have defrosted the freezer. It was full of "SNOW". Just started the refrigerator back and waiting for it to become cold again to make sure that the "temp" fix has worked.

Refering to the parts picture, I took out part 21, I could see the ADC (part 13) by bending the inner plastic cover (part 1) so I knew it was there... but I couldn't reach it!

I thought I need to somehow take part 1 (inner cover) off to reach 13, am I right?. Cover 1 is tightened up with the 14,15,16 and hides the ADC.

Can you help me please?

Thanks again.
