Default Maytag dryer question

I have an older Maytag dryer that had acquired a squeak and decided to see if I could fix it. I took the front door off and the drum support and "partially" pulled the drum forward - just enough so that I could see two wheels. The one on the right seemed to be where the noise came from so I used some sewing machine oil and got rid of the squeak.

The problem is that I'm not sure if I put it back together correctly as now the drum won't turn!

I just pushed the drum back into position against the felt and then put the screws back in the drum support. Everything seemed to fit together alright, but I've missed something! I don't think I took it out far enough that the belt would have been involved, but what could it be?

I can turn the drum and it moves. I felt for placement of the belt and it is fitting in the groove on the drum, but when I move the drum - the belt doesn't seem to be tight enough and therefore the drum is moving separate from the belt. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for the reply!
