Default Maytag not cooling properly

I have side by side model MZD2766GE.

The freezer part is cooling fine. It seems the fridge part is pretty warm and I dont ever hear the fan come on in the fridge part anymore. Any thoughts or suggestions.

I did vacuume the underside of fridge yesterday to see if it makes a difference.
