Leaks onto floor underneath...can't find source. Water hoses are dry. Turned off water to be sure.
Found drip tray; it's 3/4 full with hose in place.
Freezer compartment has an inch of ice on bottom under shelf. Got it out and removed back panel to find drain which looked frozen. Poured hot water in it.
Waiting for results. Question...if this is the problem, how do I prevent this from happening again? The refer was recently moved to our new house. Could this be the cause?

Thank you!

I'm pretty sure the water on the floor is coming from the ice build up inside the freezer on the bottom. The drain pan being 3/4 full is a concern. I would look up around the ice maker, the move might have Jared the fill tube and it might be leaking down the back wall.

The freezer drain freezup may be due to the freezer getting "super" cold.
The cause could be improper control settings, clogged condenser coils,or a damaged condensing fan in the back. Also a full drip tray may result from this. The tray depends on forced airflow from the condensing fan. Also make sure the back cover iin the back of the fridge is in place,it routs the air over the tray and condenser coils.
