Default Iniating defrost

Can anyone tell me how to iniate the defrost cycle on a Maytag m#msd2756GEQ
it has the circuit board because the old timers were too easy? haha
I tried standing on one foot, touching my nose while turning the cold control on and off 3 times but that didnt do it.
