I'm surprised you have 2 black wires from your 220 supply, most of the time its red, black, white.
Anyways, the 2 blacks are hot and your braided is neutral.
So you hook-up black to black, black to red, braided to white, don't worry about the ground, unless your power supply line comes with it, which yours doesn't.
