Default Maytag MSD2957AEW Not cooloing or freezing

I've spent a few hours reading through the posts. Thanks for the great info. I'm having a problem that seems to be similar to others but I want to make sure I’m replacing the correct part.fficeffice" />>>

I noticed water on the floor and didn’t think too much about it Saturday morning. Later in the day I noticed it was warm in both sides. After reading through the post I realized a clicking noise I had been hearing off and on for the past few weeks may be playing a part. The clicking noise was coming from the top panel of the refrigerator section inside. It sounded like a fan with a piece of cardboard sticking into it. >>

Now after a day and a half the unit started working again.>>

So, I never noticed if there was frost build up on the inside of either side. And I’m leaning toward the Adaptive Defrost Controller Board instead of the overload relay since no noise, that I was aware of was coming form the bottom back.>>

So, am I on the right track?
Thanks,>>

The unit was most likely stuck in Defrost Mode. You can usually see this by looking at the evaporator coils and see an excessive build up of frost on the coils. Replacing the ADB (61005988) will fix this as it is a common problem on the Galesberg models. However a clicking noise is usually related to an overload/relay unless it is continuous (ie fan hitting something).
