i have a maytag were the heater stays. then you reset the fridge and it takes a while to cool down then the heater goes on and it take again along time to cool down the heater seams to stay on longer than needed. is it the thermostat or adaptiv control unit. where is it located. does anyone have a service manual or schematic for the adaptive control unit. where are the timers located.

sorry for all the question. my trade is electronics not refrigeration so only learning

i resoldered the high voltage control board. the fridge seam to work but the defrost seams to come on to often. yesterday it cam on at 3 pm and the at 7pm like every 4 hrs
