i am working on a magic chef ref. mod. ctb1521arw ser. 12273845su. it has a problem with water leaking into the fresh food compartment. the drain in the back of the ff area is clear. it is if the def. water is tracking along the top of the ff instead of dropping into the funnel that carries it to the drain tube. i know frigidaire had a problem with this and made an extended peice that carried water from the fr section down to the ff area. it looks as though this tube in formed in the insulation on this model.

Yes, but I haven't run across a Maytag/Magic Chef model doing this problem before. Just double check everything from your freezer drain trough to your drain pan.
