I called in my Maytag recalled dishwasher early May. I slected the repair mode. I received kit and called A&E sears repair to install kit.
Repairman arrived 5/12/2007 to may repair.
A part was broken during repair. Repairman said he would order part, and be back.
a week later I found out part was neve ordered. Another week went by, anoither repairman came out to find out what part was needed and ordered it. another week went by part came same repairmen came back to finish job. He needed more parts said he would order and have shipped over night. he made appointment to come back on 6/12/2007 to finish repair. Still no parts came washer still down. no fix date or time in sight.

While waiting ror repair I have called Maytag recall line at least 10 times requsting to speak with manager. Each time it is logged in to their system.

I am still waiting for a call back from Maytag manager.


Any one else having this much fun and any sugestions
