Model number is CTB2123ARA have a magic chef fridge top freezer. Leaking water from defrost drain from inside fridge section. Water does not fall down into control panel funnel intead it hugs the rear section of the fridge and leaks down to floor of fridge and accumulates enough to end up on floor in front of fridge. Was wondering if there is a kit to fix this problem.

Ya there is, unplug the drain, its probably plugged from the drain on down to the pan somewhere.

at first thought that was the problem so I pushed a old water vavle line (white plastic one) down the tube to clear out. also put warm water down rear tube. Water comes from freezer down defrost drain but never drips into little cup. It only hugs the wall and eventually ends up on the bottom of fridge section

Yes, There is a lot of problems with drain holes being frozen over just enough to make the water LIP to one side missing the drain cup.
A lot of refrigerators had that problem and manufacturers scrambled to invent a cure(like putting in more heaters in the freezer section) to making the hole bigger. Take 24 hours to defrost the whole frig, unplug it, then plug it it back in it should do the trick for about 1 year or so. IM not sure how old your frig is, but the manufacturer might have your cure as a recall or whatever and fix it for free, get your bill of sale go to the, dealer and confront them with this problem which might have started 1 and 1/2 yrs ago.
