Default Over the Range Whirlpool microwave not working

I have a Whirlpool microwave, model#MH2175XSQ-0. When I put something in the microwave and try to reheat it, the microwave comes on for about two seconds and then kicks off. Then one day the power went out to the microwave so I went to the circuit breaker and switched it back to ON. The microwave then worked great for a week or so until it started to go off after two seconds again. Any ideas on what to do here? Thanks.

-Kicks off- how?
The whole things shuts off dead, the cooking stops but the clock keeps counting, the whole thing shuts off and the clock goes back to the time of the day, stops heating but keep running, ect??

More info needed on exactly what happens or what does not happen.

Sorry, should have been more specific. The whole thing shuts off (microwave power and timer) after three seconds. It then makes a "beep beep" sound and goes back to the clock display.

Something in the main power then.....wall outlet, power cord, fuse, fuse holder, thermostat(s), wiring...

This link here may also help.

Thanks for the link to the Tech Sheet. I did the self diagnostic routine that's listed on the sheet. When I enter 3 (Microwave on High for 10 seconds - Relay 4903), it does not power up at all (no power or timer) and the control panel locks up.
