Thermador range knobs off setting for shut off
Brand:
-major brand-
Age:
More than 10 years
We own a Thermador range that has worked fine. Today - when we went to shut off the gas burner, the knob would not go to the off setting. my wife turned it counterclockwise past low, and then tried to go to the off position. it stoped at "hi" and shut off there, it is acting like hi is off now. any idea on how to re adjsut these knobs?

Thanks Jeff - sorry for being such a novice about this, I tried had tried pulling the knob off, but there was some resistance so I thought it might be attached other than with a knurl. do those knobs just pop off?

The model# won't come up for me ( many need the serial # as well ) but I found these...
Burner control knob. Matte black. 1-3/4 inches in diameter. "D" shaped shaft Manufacturer Number 415364
Knob Manufacturer Number 415365
...and these will just pull off towards you.
