Default viking gas range tube not igniting

there's no viking cat, so I'll post here in hopes of a generic answer... I have Viking Professional gas range. The Oven has two burner tubes with ceramic glow bars.

glow bars both appear hot, left tube ignites, but right tube does not.

Is there anything to test or try? Should I just order a new glow bar and install it? Does it require a tech, or doable by the average DIY guy?

Sounds like the igniter alright. It's not drawing enough amps to open the safty valve. If you have an amp meter, you can compare the two. It usually says how many amps it needs on the oven safty valve.

I'd say replace both of ignitors. They are of the same age and were used the same amount of time.
