Default Refridgerator not cold

I have a GE mod#GSS25SGMDBS side by side that is a little over two years old that does not want to keep things cold. The freezer part works fine but moisture developed in the fridge today and nothing seems to stay cold. I removed the bottom back pannel and found a big White fan that is working and a black ball that hums but as far as that I am stumped. I am very good with fixing things but need help to fix this problem. The unit came with the building so there is no booklet or warrantee information. Could this be a thermostat problem? Please someone help

Check your refrigerator door seal to make sure its sealing properly, Check your condenser coil underneath the refrigerator, make sure its clean, with plenty of air flow. Check the condenser fan in the back near the compressor, to make sure its turning good and clean in that area.

Check the evaporator coil where you took off that panel in the freezer section for a proper frost pattern:
