Question Protective Timer Device To Guard Against Brown-Outs

Hello, I am looking for a protective timer device that guards against electrical brown-outs as well as short power outages to put inline with the power cord on my refrigerator, freezer, and other appliances that have a compressor (120 volt).

Living here in SW Florida, we have seen a huge amount of lightning. Just last week, before my fridge's icemaker became faulty, lightning struck a pole on the street just east of us. The pole was on fire for a bit, and to make it worse, the electric company popped the pole circuit twice before they got it right, causing 2 additional brown-outs on our street. I suspect that is what caused problems with the fridge.

So if anyone knows where I can find such a device, please reply. Thanks!!
