Default Sub-Zero 561 Refrigerator only cold on bottom

Not sure if anyone has had any experience with these, but I figured it was worth a shot. I recently inherited a Sub-Zero 561 side by side unit. The unit was working well for the first few weeks but now has been getting progressively warmer, primarily in the upper half. At this point, only the lower 2 shelves and crisper drawers can be considered cold, the top two are at or above room temperature. The circulation fan at the top is working, and the lower shelves are definitely cold, but even at 10 out of 10 it is not what it should be. The freezer section is set to 5 and that is extremely cold. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks in advance,
-Sean Donnelly

561 is a full Sub-Zero model #. I know it looks weird, normally its like 501F or 501R, etc but 561 is a normal SZE model #
