refrigerator alteration
What effect would it have on the operation of a refrigerator if a smaller than the original condenser and/or shorter than the original capillary tube is being used.

There is a threshold on how short the cap tube can be. Too short will stop it from cooling.
I've installed longer ones before and didn't have any problems.
