Question Samsung RS2644SL Making noise blinking temp

I have a 3 yr old Samsung Refrigerator RS2644SL. The digital temp is blinking and is now making a noise (sounds like like the blower fan) that stops when I open the door. A month ago the Thermo-fuse and sensor was replaced by a repair company because the digital temp was blinking, but not making this noise. Is it possible the blower has a bad bearing? Or is now rubbing something after repair? Thank you in advance

Default Case Motor DA61-00417 Help?

I took the access panel off on the inside and found the Case Motor to be bad. Stamped on the plate holding the motor is this description and part #: DA61-00417 [ABS] CASE-MOTOR C.S-2. I tried to order the part from the "Repair Clinic" but was unable to find a match. Can you help locate this part? Thank you
