Default samsung fresh food not cooling

Samsung mod#RFG295AARS is not cooling, I've found the evap. fan not running. I removed the freezer rear panel, and saw that the motor is a 12vdc motor. There is no voltage to the motor. Also the front LED display is showing 88 on the left side. and the right side changes back and forth from 88-86. The customer told me that the display has been doing this for a couple of months, so she would unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes and it would clear up and display properly when plugged back in. This action now has no effect and the not cooling issue has shown up. The compressor and condenser fan run and the freezer is freezing. any help would be appreciated. Also any service data would be great. Thanks

Sounds like the control board is bad.

How old is this refrigerator?

I found this model# at the Samsung site:
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/se..._nm=RFG295AARS
But can't locate a parts diagram/list anywhere online.
