Default Thermometer

Hi Jake

Need your opinion, would you suggest using this kind Thermometer when you want a quick way to know the temp in an appliance or would it be better to use a thermocouple(which takes a few minutes instead of instantaneous for the Infrared), in other words, is the infrared thermometer reliable with appliances

Infrared thermometers are the best and most accurate to use.
