Default Bosch Refrigerator

hi all,
I just had a Bosch Refrigerator delivered on Tuesday (B20CS80SNS).It seems to be pretty pokey making ice and the cubes are smaller. The manual says it takes 24 hours well its been 48 and we have very little ice in there.I called cust service and they gave me a "auth" repair guy number .I called and he said never saw a Bosch (he was BTW not very impressed with thier dishwashers which we also have and have been pleased with),thought it was made by LG perhaps.Nice guy but he pretty much told me its not a good brand (he liked Whirlpool).
I have checked the feed line-copper no kinks and the water coems out of door fine)
I have checked the the temp on the door and its at -2 now.

Any thoughts on whats keeping this from pumping out cubes?
I see there is no Bosch section did I make a 2K error in buying this, are they bad news?
thanks,

One other question could be what size are these cubes supposed to be?The reason I ask is they are smaller then what the other (GE) made.Could that be reason its not working correctly?
