Help finding model # on Kenmore 80 series?

For the life of me I can't find the model number on my Kenmore 80 series washer. I called a parts place and they said it was under the lid and starts with a "110." and I am seeing others in threads posting model nubmers similar to this.

The only numbers I could find under the lid is a SM 9710804-A and a PN 3953615.

Could someone direct me on this? I need to buy a new "Drive Coupling" from everything I have been reading, but can't do so from this place in my area with out the model number.

Drive couplings are the same...

Direct drive coupling used between the motor and the transmission on direct drive models

Yes, after much closer inspection I can see where the model number used to be and it must have come off.
