Clean between glass on oven door
We have a three year old Kenmore Model 790 electric range. Some liquid must have dripped down inside the door. Now the glass has a streak that we can not remove from the glass on the inside or outside, so the streak must be between the two layers of glass that are the window in the oven door. How can I get to it to clean it and what should I use?

Hi,
We would need your complete model#, its located on the bottom of your range when you pull your storage drawer out, it should be on the left or right side leg frame.

Thanks,
Here's the parts diagram for your oven door:

Just remove the 4 screws#60B and then that glass frame should come off, you may want to have someone help you hold the glass while you take the frame off.

Cleaning Glass in Oven Door
Thank you. We did it this morning. First we removed the door from the hinges and laid it on the kitchen table. Thanks to your help, taking the outside glass off so we could clean the inside surfaces of both panes of glass was much easier than I expected.

Please double check your model#, that one doesn't show as good.
The model# tag is located at the very bottom front on the left or right side after you pull out the storage drawer.
