Thats odd, you've replaced everything that controls the timer movement in the auto-dry setting.

The way the auto-dry works is when your heating element shuts off, then the timer moves, so your heating element is shutting off/cycling in auto-dry?

Well what happens ( in auto dry section)is the heater never shuts off and the timer never moves so if you don't watch it it could just run hot all day. But if you put it on the timer side, and let say set the timer for 60 minutes then it will shut off in 60 minutes just fine. It's got me stumbed

Ok, then thats tells me that one of your heater element wires has broken and it touching the metal heater housing and causing the heater to always stay on(grounding itself).

You will need to unplug or turn the breaker off to your dryer, then take it apart, this link will show you how:
http://www.applianceaid.com/wwf-howto.html

Then look at your element, you may see a broken element wire TOUCHING the metal housing.

Here's the heating element assembly for your model you can order:
Manufacturer's Number: 131553900
