Default Kenmore gas range bad line

I have a Kenmore gas range model number 362.7462101 serial number 3V223073P it is located on a open back porch patio area.It is connected to a extension cord and has been working good forabout the last 2-3 years. It got rained on on the top and control areas, now nothing works and the control board beeps and flashes "bad line" I plugged it into a different plug and it still flashes"bad line" I opened the control panel and checked the power to the control board and it shows good voltage, but nothing works, just flashes "bad line" The control board and insulation pad was very damp.I'm assuming that the control board is bad, what do you guys think? Also is there a wiring diagram or manual available for this range?

Its fairly straight forward, just pull your range out from the wall, unplug your range, then remove the back console panel #106 here:

Then #129 is your control board, it should have 4 screws that mount it in on each of the corners of it. But first mark down on paper where your electrical connections go, then remove the connections to it, then unmount it.

The #128 faceplate will likely just peel off the old one, then just put it on the new one.
