hello, new guy here and have a little problem. on the left front big burner it starts to heat then never gets hot all the way, also the orange light on the top panel stays lit all the time, this for this burner, thanks.

ok, i will order. will that make the light go out, i dont want to spend a lot of money. if i canr repair for a 100 dollars or less i should buy a new one, what do you think. thanks for the qiuck info.

The new burner will fix the light staying on issue as well.

Under the front lip you should see between 2-4 screws. Just remove the screws, then the whole glasstop lifts up. You may need someone to help you hold it up while you remove the front support bracket#9 here:
http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_pn...1024-00001.png Once you have that bracket removed from the glasstop, you can change the front-left element. Unplug or turn the breaker off to your range first! Jake
