Hello,

I recently moved into a new house and it has an used Kenmore Electric Range Model No. 790.96632700. I am very disspointed because oven and broiler do not work. Burners on top work fine, the clock and controls seem to work, but when you put in a temperature, the fan starts to work, but the oven or broiler simply don't heat up.

I would really appreciate your help

Hi Mariahelena,

I haven't worked on this model as of yet. I do notice it does have several control boards that could cause this issue, but I couldn't tell you which one to replace.

I'd suggest having a Sears tech. come out to see which one is the culprit.
