Default [FIXED] Need Help with Elite HE3 Dryer no heat

I have the Elite electric dryer mod # 110.82822102 and it runs but no heat. the dryer vent goes down in the crawl space then over about
12 ft then up about 4 ft and vents outside. I try and keep it cleaned out.
It will overheat if I don't keep it cleaned out. When it overheats it shut off. you can let it set for about 30 min and it starts up. Now it runs but does not heat up and the vent is clean. I have taken the front off several times and cleaned all the lint out. This morning I took the lower front panel off and it was packed full of lint, I mean packed full and tight.
I cleaned it out but still does not heat. What do I need to start checking?
I do have an ohm meter.
There is no way of making the vent any shorter or more direct.
Thanks,
Vance

Its likely going to be either the heater itself or the thermal cut-off thats mounted on the side of the heater housing.

Check those for continuity with your ohm meter with the wires removed from those 2 first, make sure you unplug your dryer first.

You would need to take off the lower front access panel under your door, then take off the duct assembly#45, by removing the two #32 screws, and you also have a screw at the very bottom of the duct assembly with a bracket#11 attached to it, remove that one also.

Your thermal cut-off#47 here, heater #14 here:

Here's the thermal cut-off#47 for your model:

Here's the heating element#14:
