Ice maker making half the ice
My ice maker is not making near as much ice as it used to. We have to keep the accelerator ice mode on to keep up. The ice maker arm seems fine. The optics are fine. I can't figure it out. Could this mean I need to replace the water filter? Please help

Yes, how long has it been since you changed your water filter?
Have you noticed the water pressure decrease from your water dispenser?
Here's the water filter for your model you can order here:
Manufacturer's Number: 4396710

It has been over a year. I've already ordered a replacement. Do you think this would cause the ice maker to only fill the tray half way?

Yes, if not, then let us know and we will check other parts.
