when I put a load in the dryer and close the door.I turn the timer knob and the burner lights without pushing the start button. Nothing else runs until I push the start button. What is causing this.

    Hi,

Motor heat switch must be stuck/welded closed for the heat to work without the motor running.

    Motor assembly - 11087670100
