Post Pros & Cons Kenmore or Maytag Washer & Dryer

We have been looking at a new washer and dryer. The two models are Kenmore Model 45081 Washer, 85081 Dryer also the Maytag Model MAH9700AWW Washer, and MDE3758AYW Dryer. Which is the best and what are the pro's and con's of each brand.

You will want Whirlpool, if the Kenmore model number starts with 110. then they will be Whirlpool since Sears makes nothing. Do not get the elite dryer with the lint filter down in the door area however, major problems with that design, be sure the lint filter is located in the top of the dryer..extended warranties required these days also, all are going to one year warranty total by January...

Hey hey hey, what is wrong with the Elite Dryier with the ling filter down in the door area? We've had a reconditioned Kenmore Elite E4 dryer for several months now.... what do I have to look out for on with this set up?
