Kenmore Coldspot - not getting cold

More than 10 years
Refrigerator was running fine. Our electricity went out a couple times during the night. The next day, I noticed the refrig wasn't cooling anymore. When I turn it on, I can hear the fan running, but I don't hear the compressor starting. Is there a reset/relay button for the compressor? What else can I check or do to figure out what's wrong.

Hi CM,
It may be the compressor start relay, its mounted on the side of the compressor.
You will need a ohm meter to ohm it for continuity, Unplug your refrigerator first before removing and testing it. If after you remove it shake it, if it rattles inside its definitely bad.
