Default Dryer door switch wiring question

    Model Number: 417.69042990
    Brand: Sears Kenmore
    Age: More than 10 years

I've got a 11-year old Kenmore dryer model 417.69042990. I just bought a new door switch for it but idiotically didn't make proper note of where the wires go. Here's what the switch looks like:

    Here is a picture of the switch terminals (let's call them 1, 2, and 3, left-to-right, top-to-bottom):

(note: terminal 2 is narrower than the other two terminals)

Here is a picture of the wires. You can't tell the wire colors from the picture but the left wire is solid brown, the middle wire is solid blue, and the right wire is solid grey:

    Thanks for your help.

Been there, done that...lol Put the small terminal wire on then take one of the other wires and touch it to one of the other terminals until the light comes on. When the light comes on put that wire on that terminal and the other one on the one that's left.

Which wire has the smaller terminal end on it? It's most likely the one with the plastic around the end. Even if you make a mistake you won't hurt anything. It looks like the wire on the left goes in the middle. If that style Kenmore (Frigidaire) dryer has a lower front panel that comes off, there will be a wiring diagram behind it.
