Kenmore Microwave freaking out...
Can anyone please give me a clue as to what may be going on with our microwave? Kenmore model 665 60612000. This afternoon out of the blue it seemed to start up on its own. The light inside the microwave is on all the time and the fan runs as soon as I close the door. The clock and timer work fine, but now it is not actually working to cook. I can set cook times and power levels, but pushing the start button does nothing... any ideas????

Hi,
Possible a stuck/sticky/broken door switch or door switch part is bad as that is something that can keep the light and fan on and prevent the cooking from occuring. jeff.
