Kenmore Elite HE3t loooooooong spin cycle
Kenmore Elite HE3t, Model No. 110.42922200. When the washer reaches rinse/spin cycle, the timer displays 1 min. but continues running for about 45 minutes. It doesn't matter which wash cycle is chosen. I searched your website and found someone who had a similar problem, (July 05). The suggested solution, which happened to resolve this persons issue by the way, was to unplug the washer for about 30 minutes. I unplugged mine for about 2 hours but the problem persists. Any suggestions? Also, where can I purchase a service manual for this washer? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
dan

Hi,
Yes, the Repair Manual would be your best way of fixing this issue.
Here is the one for your model you can buy:
Whirlpool Duet- Kenmore HE3 Washer Repair Manual

we've had the same issue almost since day 1.
a Kenmore repairman came out and said we should use HE detergent and that was out issue ad everything looked fine.
We got HE only detergent. NO matter how little we use it gets stuck on that 1 minute deal.
It doesnt matter what cycle. If I catch it on 1 minute, I have to stop and cancel the cycle and then do a drain /spin only (11 minutes) and it can finish, but it can be stuck on the 1 minute deal for almost 2 hours prior to this!
So what exactly is the issue?

File a complaint against Sears, its their machine. Call 1-800-4-MYHOME and ask for customer relations, it that doesn't work go to small claims court and the judge will solve the problem.
