Kenmore Washer spins slow...Clothes wet!
I have a direct drive Kenmore, top loading washer, Model: 20936990, that is a few years old.
It works fine in all cycles, except for spin. It pumps out the water and drains, but doesn't seem to get up to full speed during the spin cycle, leaving the clothes, even small loads or single items, soaking wet afterwards.
Even re-running the spin cycle a couple of times doesn't remove much water.
I replaced the motor coupler, but seeing as how the old one looked fine when I took it out (no wear or rubber shavings in the unit), I didn't expect that to fix it...and it didn't!
What else could be causing the problem?
I am good at following directions and diagrams, but have mostly worked on belt driven washers. However, I think I could fix it, if I knew what to fix...(Isn't that usually the problem!)

Possibly a bad drive hub, basket drive. Something stuck in between the 2 tubs.
