    Hi,

I know it gos into defrost because the fans go off and then some bangs and clings come from the back and after 10 to 15 min fans come back on.
Too quick for a defrost, normally 30-40 minutes is a defrost cycle.

If the defrost heater checks ok, ( ohms for resistance ) time for a new defrost thermostat, defrost thermistor and control board.
