Kenmore Dispenser Solenoid Problem
I have a S/S Kenmore fridge model# 363.954268 I have replaced the dispenser solenoid for the old one had stopped working and had melted the ice dispenser housing a little. After installing the new one I noticed that it would not shut off therfore not allowing the dispenser door to close. It had a constant 120Vac. I assume that this is what caused the old one to overheat and melt the housing. I need to know what would cause this to keep getting power and what can I do to fix it. Any help is appriciated. Thanks, Jeff.
