    Default Kenmore Series 80 Washer

    Model Number: 110.23832100
    Brand: Sears Kenmore
    Age: More than 10 years

    My washer Drum won't SPIN.
    I have fixed the lid switch.
    I have checked the coupler - Fine.
    The clutch spins.
    But I can not move the drum with my hand.

    Just names and not a model#
    Where is my Model Number? | Appliance Aid

    How do you test each step?
    Run the washer...observe...diagnose.
