I have the same issue with our washer. The door is closed and I cannot get it open to check the latch and hinges. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

Check your door switch button, its just above the door latch, sometimes that button has broken, or the door has dropped abit, not aligning correctly.

To open the door manually, remove the lower panel (3 Torx screws), reach up and pull the ring on the bottom of the lock.

Here's the door latch switch assembly for your model if you need to order it:
    Manufacturer part#8182634 is RepairClinic item#1094190
    Lock, door

Here's a photo of the button on one thats broken:

Ok, you will need a multimeter to do a ohm test on the door lock switch solenoids at the CCU, the CCU is underneath your top panel on the washer.
