Default kenmore coldspot s/s ice maker not working

the mod.#is 106.53704201 ,I notice the other day that the ice bin was low and thought we must have been using alot of ice. but then relized that its was just making a few batches a day so i did a search and found this site, did some reading. then pulled the ice maker out to check to see if the the fill tube was frozen it was not. cleaned all the animal fur from underneath "wow" know where i need to vaccum did notice that when i pluged the connector back in on the ice maker and got in back in position it called for water for some reason. Red led on right side blinks twice and stay on solid when it can see the sensor on the other side. checked and cleaned that last night then this morning i walk in to the kitchen to find a large puddle of water in the floor that came from the freezer because i can see ice droplets in the freezer. water been on all day no ice no leak? please help Thanks Ted

Check the bottom of the freezer floor, does it have an ice build up on it?

When you put your ice maker back in, did the door close tight? If the ice maker is not properly set in its bracket correctly, it can leave the freezer door open just a hair, which would cause condensation to drip on the floor.
